Every Solen Unity order is placed by email and confirmed by a person — you get stock, the full total including delivery and a dispatch date in writing before you pay anything. Payment is completed through a secure payment link we send with that confirmation.

Email us what you want
Use the Order by email button on any product page. It opens a message already filled in with the piece, the colour and the size you picked — just send it.

We confirm within one business day
We reply with stock, the total including delivery, and the delivery estimate. Nothing is committed and nothing is owed until you say yes.

You approve, we dispatch
We send a secure payment link for the agreed total. Your parcel ships tracked, and we send the tracking link the moment it leaves.
