Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of solenunity.com and the products Solen Unity sells. By using this website or sending us an order enquiry you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Solen Unity designs and sells everyday rainwear — rain jackets, rain boots and umbrellas. We can be reached at admin@solenunity.com and as @solenunity on X. All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). We aim to keep the information here accurate, and we may correct errors and change the range without notice.

2. Prices and payment

Prices shown on product pages are an invitation to enquire rather than an offer capable of immediate acceptance; the binding figure is the total we confirm to you by email. Payment is taken through a secure payment link issued with that confirmation and processed by our payment provider, so solenunity.com itself neither collects nor stores payment card details.

3. How an order is formed

Ordering is a short email exchange:

• You send us an enquiry naming the product and the options you want.
• We reply, normally within one business day, confirming availability, the total including delivery, and the delivery estimate.
• A contract is formed only when you confirm that quotation in writing and we accept it. Until then nothing is owed and either side may walk away.

We are not obliged to accept an enquiry, and we may decline one — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price was listed in error, or where we suspect misuse.

4. Prices and payment

The price we quote in our reply is the price that applies to that order, and it is inclusive of applicable taxes and duties unless our reply says otherwise. Payment is taken through the secure payment link we issue once you have approved that total. If a product is mispriced on this site we will tell you before anything is agreed, and you are free not to proceed.

5. You must be able to contract

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you give us — name, delivery address and contact details — are accurate and complete. We use those details only to fulfil and support your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery times we quote are estimates. You may cancel free of charge at any point before dispatch, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition with return postage paid by us. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.

7. Guarantee

Each Solen Unity product carries a five-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, except the Nimbus Compact Umbrella frame, which carries two years. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, deliberate damage or misuse. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights, which always take precedence. See Warranty & Care.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, product photography and the Solen Unity name — is owned by or licensed to Solen Unity and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using the site in any way that breaches applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solen Unity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and the version in force for your order is the one published when we accepted it. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
